Refunds

• Refund requests are honored until the first draft of your resume has been emailed to you.

• Once you have received the first draft of your resume, refund requests cannot be honored.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Refund requests are not eligible after you receive your completed and converted resume.

How to Request a Refund:

• Our team will process your refund request and provide confirmation once the refund has been issued.
